What causes upper back pain?
If you encounter upper back pain, normally is because of bad posture, muscle over use, and injuy. Never take all this pain lightly, make sure we always have it check if we encounter body pain. The common remedy is always ample of rest needed for our body, and exercise. Below are some of the possible causes of upper back pain.
1. Poor posture and weak muscles
Human muscle can get weak over time for not using them properly. One common example of such is slouching in a chair over a desk may. This will result to weakening of muscles may lead to pain and strain in the area

Traumatic injury includes,car accidents, slipping and falling, work-related accidents, lifting incorrectly or working out too hard Injury caused by traumatic can be quite obvious at times, pains appear straight away. However, in some cases, the pain may not develop until the next day or later.
Traumatic injuries can be quite severe, for example, fractured vertebrae, put a person at risk of complications, including chronic pain, nerve damage, and paralysis.
Bone and joint conditions can also give you some serious back pain as well. Osteoarthritis, is the most common form of arthritis among older adults. The cartilage that cushions and protects the bones may wear down as a person ages, this may cause the bones to rub together. This can also put pressure on the nerves in the spine, causing numbness or tingling in the arms and legs.
Above are some of the example of what causes back pain. Most cases of back pain appear because of lifestyle issues. In these cases, lifestyle changes, such as regular exercise and stretching, may help relieve pain.
In cases of trauma or chronic back pain, people should see a doctor for a proper diagnosis. Anyone who is uncertain where to begin should ask their doctor about their pain and treatment options. Self diagnose is not recommended.
