What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar Fasciitis is the flat band of tissue that connects your heel bone to your toes and it supports the arch of your foot. It is thought to be an inflammatory condition of the cell within fascia.


Symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis

  • Foot pain while walking
  • Heel pain

 


Causes of Plantar Fasciitis

  • Overpronation
  • High or Low Arch Foot
  • Excess walking without adequate support
