Our elbow allow us to perform are daily task like throwing, lifting, swinging, and hugging. We can do this action because we have an elbow joint. This joint hold on to the humerus, ulna and radius. There is cartilage connect to the end of the bones we mention, so that they can slide against each other and to absorb  shocks

If anything happens to any of these parts, the nerves and blood vessels around them may cause you pain.
