What is chronic knee pain?
Many conditions can contribute and cause knee pain. This is a long term pain if the initial pain are not rectify. Sometimes it effect one leg only sometimes both. The main cuse of the knee pain can be only determine by them symptoms we experience. There is different kind of treatment for different symptoms. Everyone’s experience with knee pain will also be different.
What caused chronic knee pain?
Everyone encounter temporary knee pain once in a while in life, but chronic knee pain is different. Temporary knee pain can be caused by any form of injury or accident. Chronic knee pain normally dont go away without treatments. Chronic knee pain does not occur because of just accident, its often result to several causes and conditions.

Knee Osteoarthritis
Knee Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease of the knee joint. It is more common for people that is above the age of 40. Its more common to happens to specially female than man.
symptom:
You will encounter pain in the knee. The range of motion of the join will be reduce as it there will be pain as we move. The less we move the joint because of the pain, stiffness usually will occur. Sometimes there will be deformities in the region.
Runner’s Knee
Runner’s Knee is sometime also known as Iliotibal Band Injury, is a very common knee injuries which affects runners, jumpers or other kind of activity that put heavy stress on their knee.
symptom:
There is pain when walking up and down the stairs. For some people there will be difficulty in kneeling and squating too. Sitting for too long, while knee bending can create uncomfortable to the person having such conditions.
Menicus Tear
Meniscus Tears is sometime also known as Torn Cartilage, it is a very common knee injuries which particularly affects more on those that play contact sports. Also known as meniscus, they are tough and rubbery to help cushion the joints and keep it stable.
symptom:
Feel pain on the knee. Swelling and feeling stiffness on the knee joint. There is sensation of knee giving way. Cant have a full range of motion because the menicus have tear.
